INDIANAPOLIS – Junior Achievement of Central Indiana (JACI) proudly inducted four distinguished Laureates into the Central Indiana Business Hall of Fame on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2024. The 2024 Laureates—Gail K. Boudreaux, President & CEO of Elevance Health; Rick Fuson, Senior Advisor to the Chairman at Pacers Sports & Entertainment; Tony Kanaan, Sporting Director at Arrow McLaren and 2013 Indianapolis 500 Winner; and Dennis Murphy, President & CEO of Indiana University Health—were celebrated at the 36th Annual Central Indiana Business Hall of Fame Gala, held at the Indiana Roof Ballroom.
The event was a truly inspiring evening, with the student emcees stealing the show, adding enthusiasm and charm to the proceedings. Their involvement brought a unique energy, embodying the spirit and mission of Junior Achievement in empowering the next generation of leaders.
“Junior Achievement’s 2024 Laureates embody resilience, compassion and commitment to excellence in the face of adversity,” said Jennifer Burk, JACI president and CEO. “We are honored to induct each of these outstanding individuals into the Hall of Fame and to highlight them as role models for the students Junior Achievement of Central Indiana serves.”
Boudreaux, Fuson, Kanaan, and Murphy were selected based on their personal and professional achievements, high moral and ethical standards, dedication to civic causes, and positive impact on the quality of life in central Indiana.
