Fred "Bud" Tucker Jr. (October 25, 1918 – December 10, 1994) was a prominent Indianapolis businessman who played a key role in shaping the city's real estate landscape. After serving in the U.S. Navy during World War II, he joined his father’s company, F. C. Tucker, in 1947 and later became co-owner following his father’s death in 1958. Tucker Jr.'s visionary leadership led to significant developments in downtown Indianapolis, including the Hilton Hotel and Merchants Plaza. He also served as president of both the Indianapolis and National Real Estate Boards, leaving a lasting impact on the industry.
